You must be aware of your local and State laws (includes being of legal age) when purchasing a firearm or ammunition. We assume no responsibility for knowing your local or state laws. All firearms will be shipped to an FFL of your choosing in your area. Ammunition purchases will be shipped directly to buyers address. (NO ammunition sold to anyone under the age of 18.) Some states require you to be 21. This is your responsibility.
Payments are accepted through a Cashiers check or Money Order, made payable to Old Town Custom Ammo and Guns. Credit Card purchasing coming in the near future. Personal checks accepted, however, the check must clear our bank before the item will be shipped.
